Terms and Conditions

General Terms for Development and Consulting Services

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions govern all contracts and services between Reikis Code Factory (Owner Ing. Michael Reikersdorfer) and its clients for website design, software engineering, and automation services.

2. Fixed-Price Guarantee & Payments

Agreed quotes are fixed for the specified scope of work. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Upon complete payment, the client receives full non-exclusive usage rights to the delivered software.
